About the Job
Have you previously worked as an accounting assistant? Are you available to cover for regular staff for about 1.5 years? Are you a structured and detail-oriented person with a genuine interest in finance?
Do you take initiative, thrive with responsibility, and have good collaboration skills? Then you might be the one we are looking for!
We at PIMA are now looking for an accounting assistant who wants to support our finance team during a period when the regular employee is on maternity leave. The temporary position will start in week 13.
Job Responsibilities
As an accounting assistant with us, your tasks will include managing accounts receivable and payable, processing payments, invoicing, handling reminders and customer and supplier contacts, and ongoing bookkeeping.
The work will be conducted in the Pyramid, Tengella, and Fortnox systems.
Your tasks will also include providing support to other companies and departments regarding administration and general office tasks such as mail and document handling.
We Prefer That You
- Have previous work experience as an accounting assistant
- Have education in finance
- Are structured and detail-oriented
- Are communicative and service-oriented
- Have good collaboration skills and are unpretentious
- Can prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Can communicate fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written
Working Conditions
- Temporary position for about 1-1.5 years.
- 100% position
- Working hours between 08-17
- Workplace at the headquarters in Södertälje.
